“ have stayed three times very comfortable, with a pleasant 10 min stroll to the city centre. lacks a good resturant. very easy to find the first time. will definatly stop again.
“ Top Tip: very difficult to find a good resturant in burgos, most only open at 9 at night

Arrived at 6pm on a sunday night to be told that the Cafe and the Restaurant were shut for the evening....(in a supposed 3 star hotel) As I was on a Motorcycle touring holiday I asked if I could use their garage to park my Motorcycle, only to be told that as I hadn't booked it it would be awkward to do so.
The Garage was enormous,with stacks of space- but they directed me to it without being told about or given a key and I was greeted with a glare and the key was thrown across the desk when I asked for one.
When I asked where I could get an evening meal I was answered with a shrug.
The room I was given overlooked the Burgos Railway station and I was kept awake with the noise of trains for most of the night.
The so-called English Breakfast was stone cold and I had to go looking for the waitress to tell her I was there-she was in the kitchen chatting. I was called something unrepeatable in Spanish on the way back to the Breakfast Room ...some Inglese speak the lingo, if you're going to insult someone make sure you do it when they can't hear you...
Overall I would'nt stay in this place again if you paid me to do so.
