Hotel, staff & facilities are top notch - extremely stylish, clean and well taken care of. Food was lovely and there was a super selection of things to eat. All very fresh and well presented.
Our only negative comment (and this is being picky) is the music that is played constantly - from 11am - 11pm, on outdoor speakers. So basically, all day you are subjected to ambient music being pumped out by the pool, round the gardens and outdoor areas. The speakers are everywhere outside, so we could even hear the music from our bedroom in the afternoon and into the evening.

“ At the time of booking there was no indication that the indoor pool had a restriction upto to 1300hrs for use by children. Since the weather was too cold to swim in the outdoor pool it was a big disappointment for the children. The impression given at reception was that the hotel and spa caters for people who want to relax. Having said that the facilities, food and staff were first class.
