Here, set amongst the orange groves and orchards, is a swimming pool where guests can cool off after a day out exploring the great Moorish cities. The historic restaurant, where the monks who lived here once dined before sailing off on their missions to the New World, offers excellent cuisine and fine wines.
“ The visit was spoiled by a temporary change due to significant renovations that had over-run. Consequently there was no restaurant and the large salon was padlocked.
