We chose the hotel as it was the nearest to the main train and bus stations.It was situated on a side street off the main street going into the centre,which was only a 5 minute walk away.
The staff were very helpful,the hotel clean and it was a perfect 2 day stop over in Cordoba, Spain.

Although the Serrano is convenient for the rail/bus station and also for the old and new town, our stay there is not something we would wish to repeat,
The room was extremely small and stuffy (in October!!), the bathroom smeeled off drains and the shower was not as clean as we would wish.
The breakfast was dreary and boring though you could eat as much as you wanted, though be warned - we were charged an extra 2 euros each per day for the privilege.
There was no information at the reception and no assistance or help was forthcoming. The staff in the main were unfriendly and unhelful verging on surly at times.
Would definately not go back and would recommend others not to stay there. It was not a cheap hotel, much better available for the same price.
