Palmera Beach Apartments

“ The hotel was very clean, staff was really friendly, situated in a fantastic area, was on the beach.we are a family with young children and we are definitely going to go back in October 2012. The room/apartment was very spacious, clean and we had a fabulous view of Spain.

“ Top Tip: The strip of restaurants/ bars was all friendly but the the one we liked the most was the pizza shop on the corner, it was called pizzeria passarela resturant. The staff was extremely friendly to our children and gave them free stuff.

“ Quite remote and a car is need if you want to explore region.Found the beakfasts in the hotel good but the evening meals a bit hit or miss and we only ate there a couple of times.There are quite a few restaurants down to the end of the village that are nice.Staff in hotel are friendly but not much english spoken.Hotel is acually in Mil Palmeras and the town of Pilar de la Horedada is about 10 mins by car.The appartment was nice,clean ,quiet with a large balcony and there are steps from the back of the hotel down to the beach.We were there end Sept\ beg of Oct and it was quite quiet , plenty of pool sunbeds and space on the beach (temp ave 27-31 deg)Few niggles in appartment which was quickly dealt with.Will be booking for there again.

“ Top Tip: If you have a car there is quite a few place close to visit and worth a look.Murcia,Cartagena and Torrevieja (has a shoppimg mall) to name a few.There is a little supermaket and a pharmacy in Mil Palmeras, a larger supermarket in Pilar de la Horadada and a large one beside the mall in Torrevieja.
