“ My 7th time staying at the hotel. Love the atmosphere and it is always busy. The staff are so friendly my kids love coming back time after time. The only down side this time was the lack of entertainment compared to normal, very disappointing but they had a disco on every night and because it was so busy the guests all danced all night.
“ Top Tip: The White Horse, Albert Embroidery for gifts, Barcelona close by, easy access to train station to get to Lloret De Mar, Pineda, Sta Susanna.

“ hotel very clean ,but no water in jacuzis on roof top and walls very thin
“ Top Tip: beach bar on front you can get 1 free drink a day showing your h top card from hotel, railway station staff told us of an offer if catching a train to barcelona, and you intend to do the open top bus route when there, tell the station staff and the train fair was free you just paid the 24 euros for the bus tours enabling you to do all three routes if you want hopping on and off

I went all inclusive and was very disappointed with the food me and my partner ended up eating out for food the whole week we was there. I felt it was unnecessary to keep about 5 cards on me at a time just to be able to order 1 drink from the bar. The bar staff were miserable.
Its a nice hotel but definately should not be rated a 4*.
“ Top Tip: Me and my partner ate a local bar called Papas bar, the food is great and is all imported from the UK. I would definately recommend anyone to try it.
