This apartment complex comprises a total of 156 accommodation units, divided between 2 twin blocks. The complex features a private garden and a communal swimming pool in the central area. It also has lifts, a currency exchange service and a car park. Guests can safely store their valuables in a hire safe.The apartments are situated about 400 m from the beach, within the community of Els Salats in L'Estartit, originally a fishing village which has become one of the Costa Brava's most important holiday resorts. It has 5 km of fine-sand beach on which guests can sunbathe and admire the offshore Medes Islands.There are 1-bedroom apartments which sleep 2-4 people and 2-bedroom apartments which sleep 4-6 people. The bedrooms feature twin beds, and the dining/living room features a sofa bed, which can be curtained off to be separated from the rest of the living area. Further amenities include an open-plan kitchen, a fully equipped bathroom and a spacious terrace. It is possible to hire a TV.There is an outdoor swimming pool with children's area. Due to its ideal location, L'Estartit is able to offer a wide range of water sports, as well as other leisure activities. There is a golf course only 8 km away.The apartments are cleaned prior to guests' arrival. The price includes the normal consumptions of electricity, water and butane (if applicable). Bed linen is included, and this is changed weekly. Check-in times are as follows: weekdays from 5 to 7 pm and Sundays and holidays from 9 am to 1 pm. Guests should check in at CEIGRUP TORRENT, located at Avenida de Grecia 20-26 in Estartit. Check-out is by 10 am. A cash deposit is to be made in the amount of approximately 200 euros. Extra charges apply for the following amenities: TV (approximately 40 euros per week) and air conditioning (approximately 60 euros per week, not available in all units).
