Built in 2010, this air-conditioned apartment hotel complex has 3 floors and a lobby with lift access. There are 48 apartments in total and the hotel is also equipped with 20 berths for boats (fees apply), WLAN Internet access in available the reception (fees apply) as are parking spaces for each apartment (fees apply).This hotel is located on the Costa Brava, 40 km from the French border. The atmosphere is totally maritime, as the resort is located along the main channel of Empuriabrava, part of a network of 30 km of waterways. It is situated next to the marina, lined with restaurants and shops, and 1.5 km from the beach that borders the entire settlement.

Girona Airport is approximately 55 km from the hotel.The apartments are new, air-conditioned, comfortable and tastefully decorated. They have a small television and kitchenette with hob, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher and a washer/dryer. Each apartment has an en suite bathroom with a shower and a bath. Guests can request a baby kit for children from 0 to 2 years.

This is a paid service and prior reservation is necessary. The baby kit consists of a folding cot, highchair, changing table, bath and stroller.The hotel has 2 swimming pools, one on the roof with a sun terrace and an outdoor hot tub. The other swimming pool is on the ground floor. For an additional fee, the resort also offers minigolf, a sauna and a gym.

In the area guests can do all kinds of water sports including sailing, windsurfing, water skiing and jet skiing. Other sports on offer in the area include skydiving, tennis, diving, go karting and golf. Guests can visit the nearby towns, such as Roses, Figueres, Castelle d'Emperies, the natural park of Els Aiguamolls de Emporde, the ruins of Emperies, Cadaques and the monastery of San Pere Rodes.By road: The hotel is 40 km from the French border. Travel on the A7 motorway, take exit 3 for Figueres-Roses, then continue in the direction of Roses on the C-260, after Empuriabrava.

Come to the marina along the Avenue Joan Carles I and take the first left onto Fages de Cliement and continue along this road until the end whereupon guests will then reach the Cavaller de Mar port area. The Cavall de Mar street leads on to the port area.For weekly stays, check-in is from 5 pm and check-out is before 10 am. For short stays check-in is from 11 am and check-out is before 6 pm. The opening hours of the reception on Saturdays are from 8 am to 1 pm and from 4 pm to 9 pm.

Sunday through to Friday the reception is open from 9 am to 1 pm and from 5 pm to 8 pm. In April, May and October the reception is closed on Wednesdays. For arrivals outside the opening hours of the reception, guests are asked to please notify the resort.
