This air-conditioned hotel was built in 2010. Designed by renowned local artists, it has been turned into a cosy, contemporary Mediterranean hotel. At its core are three old fishermens' houses that have been transformed into a modern and comfortable environment. The design and location will make guests feel part of Roses and the Costa Brava.
Guests are welcomed into a lobby with 24-hour reception, and facilities at the hotel include a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and a cloakroom. There are conference facilities available, and plenty of common areas such as a games room, TV lounge, cafe, bar and restaurant. Additional services include WLAN Internet access, room service and laundry service. Younger guests can enjoy use of the children's playground.
Guests arriving by car may use the hotel's car park and garage.The property is conveniently located 50 m from the beach and in Roses' central pedestrian zone among shops, bars and restaurants. The nearest bus station is around 150 m away, and it is about 18 km to the train station. Girona - Costa Brava Airport is around 50 km away and Barcelona Airport is approximately 150 km away.Due to the uniqueness of the building, rooms vary in shape, size and colour. However, they all share a modern Mediterranean design and feature a flat-screen TV with cable/satellite channels, a telephone, WLAN Internet access and air conditioning and heating.
All rooms also offer a double bed with high quality mattresses, a safe and a minibar. A fully equipped en suite bathroom with shower, hairdryer and heated towel bars comes as standard.Guests enjoy use of a sun terrace with loungers and parasols. Sun loungers are available at the beach for a fee.Having arrived in Roses, drive straight ahead until reaching a large square (Plaza de Cataluea) on the left side of the road (the sea will be on the right). At the end of this square turn left to drive around the square. Just before the bank turn right and follow the one way street for 150 m until arriving in front of the hotel.

“ You can`t park outside the hotel.Be prepared for a very swift luggage unload and then a reversing exercise to get to the nearby public carpark.(Very safe)About 90 metres away. Unless, of course there be traffic behind you............
“ Top Tip: Everything is close; Pubs,bars resturants, beaches. Don`t miss the train ride round the area.(On the front, to the right.)

“ This was a fantastic hotel. Lovely, helpful staff. Pleasant modern decor. Spotlessly clean. Lots of hot water. Almost on top of the beach but quiet location.

Top Tip:
The Citadel is very close and is an extraordinary piece of history with a well set out display.
For food, lots of the restaurants nearby do lovely fresh fish dishes.
