The complex was built in 1997 and completely renovated in 2000. There are a total of 74 apartments spread over a 4 builts. Numbered amongst the facilities are a reception, bar, TV room, Internet access, playground and parking.This apartment hotel is situated in the tourist centre of Lloret de Mar just a few paces from the town centre. Close to the apartments are a good selection of shops, boutiques, cafes, bars, restaurants and nightclubs that are just waiting to be discovered. The beach is 1 km away and links to the public transport network can easily be reached on foot.The functional apartments come with en suite bathroom, satellite TV, a kitchenette, fridge, microwave, optional safe and either a balcony or terrace.There are 2 swimming pools, snack bar, sun longer, parasols, and solarium as well as a seasonal entertainment programme available. There is also available a diving center. The nearest golf course is about 3 km away.

“ This is second staying at time Els Llorers ideal location for people with young personal a really families or groups of people wanting something a bit quiter. Staff exceptionally nice and give a real personal touch the bigger hotels lack.
“ Top Tip: Hotel had good facilities if you could'nt venture out but there is a bus hourly bus service to Lloret best to go for food are El Relicario and Route 66. Also for drinks Grahams (can't remember its Spanish name) next door to the Londoner and the Piccadily.

Apartments were approx 25 minute walk from the bus station, 10 minutes from Eroski supermarket and 15 minutes from a beach with a hill at the end to the apartments no steeper than many in the uk, no problem for reasonably fit 68 year old.
apartments were clean, fully equiped although at end of season (end sept) number of glasses etc were limited, tv had about 30 channels with 2 or 3 in english mainly showing american "cop" programmes. no maid service in rooms during our 10 day stay, however, towels etc could be changed at reception every 3 days. if possible get an apartment overlooking the pool with the sea in the distance looking down through a tree studded valley.
these are budget apartments and very good value for money so do not expect 5 star service, we would, however, certainly return.

“ The hotel is located in a quiet area. Good walk to the beach and it worth it, that's a holiday! No fae away from shopping market. We hired a car and it takes only 5 min to LIDL and ALDI in Blanes. Every morning in Blanes you can buy fresh fruites and vegs at open street market.... It takes only 7 minutes to the lovely wild sandy beach! Good food? friendly stuff. Good big rooms and kitchenette? they do have a kettle!!

This hotel complex was built in 1988 and consists of 5 floors with a total of 102 apartments. Amongst the hotel facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception, hotel safe, a currency exchange desk, cafe, a kiosk and a lift. There is also a TV room and an air-conditioned restaurant with a separate non-smoking area and children's highchairs available. Moreover, the hotel has a public Internet terminal, a bicycle hire service and a bicycle storage cellar. There is a kids' club, a games room and a playground available for children. Car parking facilities are available for those arriving by car in the form of both a garage and a car park(payment). Medical assistance completes the services on offer at this hotel.
“ Very happy with the Miami Park,especially as our apartment overlooked the pool. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay at the Miami Park again,and thought it well positioned as the beach and railway station were a short distance away.

“ we requested a double bed but didnt get one, we requested a high floor but were told at the hotel there were no spare rooms. our apartnent balcony was completely over looked by residents in the bar and public areas on the 1st floor.
