Built in 1998 and completely renovated in 2003, this club resort features a total of 47 apartments spread over 7 floors. Guests may make use of the foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, hire safes, lifts, a cafe, a cosy bar and an air-conditioned restaurant. Laundry, room and medical services as well as parking facilities are also included.This apartment complex is located in the tourist centre of Lloret de Mar, where guests will discover many shopping and entertainment venues. The nearest sandy beach of Lloret and the lively promenade are only around 300 m away. The closest bus stop is only a stones' throw from the hotel (50m).The simple but tasteful apartments come with an en suite bathroom. The studios have a living/bedroom and the apartments have a separate bedroom. Satellite/cable TV, a kitchenette, fridge, air conditioning/ central heating, a hire safe and a balcony are also included as standard.Guests may make use of the in-house solarium.From November to April the reception is usually not open. Clients have to call the phone number that they will find on the reception door. The required deposit is approximately 100 euros. Towels are not provided.

“ I had an early flight and arrived at the apartments before 10.00 am.I checked in straight away and was on the beach by 10.15! The receptionist was really helpfull, I travelled on my own, female over 50 and felt safe and looked after. My checkout was 6.30am -again staff were really helpfull.The apartments are a little tired but spotlessly clean.The apartments were quiet but I unfortunately picked a date when the spanish football league was decided so it was noisy outside until the early hours but very entertaining!

This is a basic apartment block. The apartment was clean with very basic catering facilities. The position is ideal for younger groups who plan to capitalise on the night life in Lloret de Mar. It is just off the main strip with the front rooms looking over the busy main road with the bars and clubs. It is therefore, quite noisy. The beach is just a short walk away.
I would not recommend this apartment to families or anyone who wants some peace and quiet due to the noise and lack of creature comforts.
Some points to note. A 100euro cash deposit is required on check in. If no one is at the reception at check out you can go to the xaine hotel which is about 200m away. We did this and there was no problem getting our deposit back. There are also no towels provided. The sheets were in the apartment ready to make up the beds. Our safety deposit box did not work. I have since read reviews that suggest you need to pay reception to use it. We didn't need it so it was no problem for us.
“ Top Tip: Search out the bon preu and bon area supermarkets just off the square with the carousel. They are a bit smaller but cheaper than the spar on the main road.
