This 19th century country house has recently been completely restored. Each of the 5 guest rooms have been redecorated with careful attention to detail. Guests are welcomed into a reception hall with 24-hour check-in and check-out service. The dining room is very sunny and offers views of the garden; the living room has a fireplace, TV, music system and board games. In the top-floor lounge, guests can relax with a book or simply enjoy the view over the extensive garden. Facilities include air conditioning, WLAN Internet access, bicycle hire service, a car park and a children's playground. Room service is also on offer.Surrounded by fruit tree orchards, the house is located in the region of Alt Emporde, in the village of Sant Pere Pescador, in the Baix Fluvie. The centre of the village is within walking distance, some 300 m away. The mouth of the Fluvie river, of great ecological value, is about 1 km away, as is the 6 km long beach with fine sand dunes. It is one of the few pristine beaches left in the Costa Brava. The house is also near to the entrance to the nature reserve, Parc de Mig de Dos Rius, which is home to a great diversity of wildlife. The road in front of the house is the GR-92 Sender del Mediterrani, which goes from Portbou to Ulldecona. Public transport links are to be found approximately 500 m from the house, and the train station is about 10 km away. The nearest airport is Girona-Costa Brava Airport, approximately 61 km from the house, and Barcelona International Airport is about 161 km away.Each of the guest rooms comes with a double bed, a private bathroom, central heating, satellite/cable TV, Internet access and individually regulated air conditioning. Two of the rooms have terraces.The hotel offers a swimming pool and a children's pool, as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. For a fee, guests can indulge in a relaxing massage treatment. Sports facilities, such as diving, surfing, wind surfing, sailing, catamaran sailing, canoeing, tennis, horse riding and mountain biking, are available as well (fees apply for all).
