Bad:
Very noisy due to thin walls and echoing corridors. Pool in the shade for most of the day. Food was mediocre.
Good:
Very clean, maids in every day. Helpful and friendly reception staff.
“ Top Tip: Luna Gaucha restaurant in Callela- a bit expensive but very tasty steaks!

“ This is a very clean hotel but there are some negatives. The food was very average, repetitive and uninspiring with little choice,and and catered mainly for Dutch/ German tastes. Saying this the clientelle were mainly Dutch or German. Forget entertainment at this hotel as it is almost non existent. The situation of the hotel is excellent being across the road from a clean sandy beach, and just five minutes walk to the centre of Pineda de Mar, a great place for a relaxing chilled out holiday. The railway station is closeby and the inexpensive trains run about every 30mins along the coast, for those wishing a change of scenery, terminating at Barcelona one end.

“ Top Tip: hotel was central,therefore all amenities were close to hand, good spanish and british bars friendly people,railway station close easy access to nearby resorts and the main city of barcelona

“ The hotel/apartment is good but on arrival they tried to fob us off with a room in the hotel rather than the apartment we had booked. The argued that room only was self catering. I had to telephone you as the booking agent the following day and you thankfully sorted it out within an hour or so.
“ Top Tip: The sailing club at Blanes has a fantastic menu del dia at 10€ with excellent service and wine included.
