“ Upon arrival at the hotel at just before 10.00 p.m. the Hotel had not been notified of our arrival so no room had been resevered for us. Fortunately, the hotel did have a room available and after some explanation that we had paid extra for a room with a sea view, we were lucky enough for one such room to be available. Initially, due to our non notice of arrival, the Restaurant were also unaware of our requirement for dinner, but the receptionist kindly notified the Restaurant and we were able to immediately go through for dinner. Due to the lateness of our arrival, the Hotel was unable to check our reservation until the following day and after telephoning, they then received an e-mail confirming our booking, but this was dated the 20/3 when we arrived and were booked in to arrive on the 19/3. So, whilst quite worrying at first, all was well in the end

“ We were 5 days in the hotel, excellent seating plans, the beach and close to the center, very quiet hotel zone, the treatment staff was excellent, food good, the facilities are pretty good now that the rooms to unless we were in our regular bathroom tiles, those of the tub was moldy, like the curtains of the tub, they need better supervision, in addition to start thinking about some reform.
