“ Top Tip: The shops were quite near and offered a good range of products,the food at the hotel was so nice did'nt need to go to a restarant.A very pretty place to visit was Callella Parafrugel with its small beach and nice walks. Worth a visit.

“ Lovely hotel, all rooms have air conditioning and are cleaned and supplied with fresh towels daily. Pleasant communal area with wi fi available around reception area.
Food typical Spanish A/I with themed nights i.e. American burgers, spanish tapas etc. Carvery and/or gridle cooked fish/meat, lots of salad,vegetables etc. Evening entertainment starts at 21.00 with mini disco then show or disco till midnight. Childrens club daily 10.00 - 12.00 and 15.00 - 17.00.
Main bar is situated between reception and dining room with an outside bar available next to the pool area available during the day. There is also a snack room to the side of the main bar with a large TV screen. All staff are very helpful and welcoming.
Lots of Spanish, French and Dutch guests, British are the minority which did not bother us but we have met others who it would.
We have stayed in the Costa Brava area before but this was our first time at Playa d'Aro. It was a really nice, and quite large, resort and we would certainly return to it.

“ Top Tip: As an H Top hotel guest you are allowed to use the amenities of the Caletta Palace, a 10 - 15 minute walk away, until 19.00. The Caletta Palace Hotel is situated directly onto the beach so gives you the opportunity to have a day at the beach whilst still being able to use the A/I facilities such as the restaurant and bar. The garden area with sea views at this hotel are very nice too.
