“ A bit dated interior decoration, other than that everything is very OK.
“ Top Tip: If you plan to visit Barcelona, buy a combined bus tour + return train ticket at the train ticket office in Santa Susanna. This way you will have the return train ticket to Barcelona for free as the price of the combined ticket is the same as the price of the bus tour if you buy it in Barcelona.

The hotel was quite clean and what I expected for the price we paid, although I did find ants running across our bed/floor/tabels a few times. The towels were changed and the beds made daily.
Most of the staff were helpful and friendly, We had a lovely stay, mainly as the weather was gorgeous and the hotel was on the beach. Unfortunately the food was of a very low standard, often cold and almost inedible in some cases. We had to pay to eat out a few times as we couldn't face it.
I appreciate we got a very good deal, but was a bit dissapointed with the quality of the food, and the fact that ALL drinks seemed to be watered down considerably. We had quite a few cocktails/alcholic drinks whilst there, and not once could we notice a trace of alcohol in them. It makes the deal somewhat less of a bargain if you're having to constantly leave the hotel to get a half decent drink/meal.
There was also the fact that you got treated completely differently to 'paying customers' if you used your all-inclusive card,
“ Top Tip: Make sure to get the train up to Barcelona - just over an hour away and only 8 euros return. Absolutely amazing.

“ Top Tip: jump on train to barcelona only few minutes walk away takes 1hour 10 minutes well worth it only 8 euros each

“ just come back from royal sun , santusuaner hotel on the beach ,,rooms are clean and cleaned every day, entertainment not very good , but have two english channels....meals are poor but if you like chips your ok breakfast is the best meal. drinks are ok but are severd in small plastic beakers coffee very nice from machine. plenty of sunbeds and chairs. public paying customers are severd first and waiters leave you waiting, till they take there drinks to there table
