The Santa Susana Resort is situated approximately 1.2km from the beach and approximately 900m from the tourist part of town. There is a bus service to the beach and town. This bus is free of charge for the guests from 09.00 until 22.00 hrs (last bus) and it runs every 30 minutes.
Please note that the hotel does not accept bookings of students and young sports people.
Accommodation:
The hotel consists of 215 recently renovated rooms situated on 5 floors. Each room is equipped with a telephone, television, balcony or terrace, private bathroom with bathtub, safety deposit box and fridge for hire. It is highly recommended hotel for families.
Hotel Facilities:
The hotel offers various facilities including a restaurant with buffet service for breakfast, lunch and dinner, a bar, swimming pool with sun terrace (free sunbeds and parasols), snack bar, childrens pool and children’s play park, souvenir shop and a mini club. There is also a games room, internet point, SAT TV lounge, hairdresser, self service laundry, disco and daytime entertainment. Last, but not less important, to point out the outdoor Jacuzzi (located in the pool area) and gym (only for adults use).
All Inclusive Food and Drinks:
There is breakfast, lunch and dinner served in the buffet restaurant (with free wine, beer, mineral water and soft drinks). All Inclusive drinks (unlimited amount) are served during meals and in the Bar from 10:00-00:00, which are locally produced alcoholic and soft drinks. Snack Bar (located in the pool area) is serving snacks from 10:30-12:30 and 15:00-18:30. In addition there are tea, coffee and biscuits available 16:00-17:00 and ice cream for the children 11:00-22:00.
All Inclusive Sport and Entertainment:
The hotel is offering day and night entertainment (including flamenco show, karaoke and live music), mini club for the children and transportation to the centre of the city. The Santa Susanna also provides special entertainment for children such as water games, mini disco, etc. For adults there are different activities such as darts competitions, water volleyball and basketball.
Children Facilities:
Separate swimming pool for children, playground, childrens menu as well as early suppers. High chairs and cots are available.

“ Thankfully, we were only staying at the hotel for a week-end. The rooms were clean/adequate. In the Restaurant, the plates and cutlery did not appear as if they had been washed in hot water. No teaspoons, so stir your tea/coffee with a tablespoon. Food was quite repetative from what we heard from guests that had been staying for over a week. Certainly, would not go back again but in fairness at the end of the day, we got what we paid for.
