Situated on first line, just 300 mts from the beach ,and 100mts from the centre and port. The hotel is of two buildings; one of double rooms, triple rooms and suites and the other of family suites with one or two rooms and salon. There is also a bar, air conditioned restaurant, two swimming pools one for adults and one for children, terrace and snack bar. There is an activity program for children and some nights there is live music. Internet connection is available

We stayed at this hotel for 6 days at the very end of their season so it was pretty empty. Its in a great location right on the beach. We had a suite with separate lounge and big balcony overlooking the pool which was well furnished with sofa bed and fridge/sink but had a problem with rising bedroom floor tiles - the room was changed immediately without any fuss. The suite was excellent apart from not having cutlery/crockery or kettle but we always take our own so were okay. Staff were very polite and helpful throughout our stay. For a 3 star hotel we thought it was good value apart from the breakfast which we skipped on a couple of day as it was poor especially the hot food apart from the last morning when eggs and bacon were cooked freshly to order

The Benimar Swiss German restaurant close to the hotel was excellent especially the garlic prawns and chateaubriand for 2
For football fans we recommend Mambos rather than Cheers

“ This hotel is a good quality 3 star hotel ideally suited for families or couples. The guests are mainly Spanish and as such entertainment is geared towards this. The dining room can be busy so sometimes you have to queue for 5-10 mins but food was decent. The rooms are adequate and modern with good quality air con. Pool & play areas reasonable and the staff are friendly. The hotel is in an excellent location 5 mins walk to the town centre and marina, and 50 yards from the beach. Overall a good place to stay for a week.
“ Top Tip: Some great restaurants El Pinar up in the hills overlooking Alcoceber, Benimar beside Mambo's and place at far end of Marina up from Cheers all 1st class.

“ We would like to point out that this hotel is very difficult to find because there is no sign post to say that it is the alcoceber hotel the only notice is on the door and in very small writing. After eventually finding the hotel we would say that check in was very good and the room was very clean and comfortable. This is a very spanish hotel but the food was very good and could not complain. We would definatley go back to this hotel again if we were in the area again. Also would like to add the booking with travel republic went without a hitch and would use them again.
