The detached holiday homes each have 2 or 3 floors, with one apartment per floor.This apartment complex is situated on the row of buildings facing the beach, and depending on the apartment, they are between 50 and 200 m from the beach. The city centre is just around 2 km away and there is a supermarket as well as restaurants and bars a few metres from the hotel.The apartments each come with a lounge/dining area with a double sofa bed, a kitchen with an American-style breakfast bar and an oven, as well as a bedroom with a double bed, a small separate lounge with a bunk bed, a fully equipped bathroom and a terrace.The complex offers guests use of 2 swimming pools with a children's paddling section (from 01/06 to 30/09). There are also 4 tennis courts and a sun terrace for guests to enjoy.Guests should collect apartments keys at Oficina alquileres Peeiscola located in C/Irta 3 Edificio Forner. Telephone: +34 964482065. Check-in from Mondays to Saturdays is from 5 pm to 8 pm and Sundays from 10 am to 1 pm. In case clients arrive outside the indicated timetable, they are asked to please contact their travel agency a minimum of 3 days before in order to inform the apartments. Direct payment of an extra surcharge will be required for later arrival times. If there is no late arrival confirmed with the apartments and travel agency then key pick up may not be possible. Arrival cleaning applies. Towels and sheets are not included, but there is the possibility to rent sheets per sheet/week (locally payable). Use of the swimming pool requires a direct payment per apartment per week (open in summer, guests should ask about the timetable). A cash deposit is obligatory.
