The Apart-Hotel Manilva Green is set amongst vineyards and situated only 2km from the Marina La Duquesa and 300m from the typical Andalusian village Manilva. The best golf courses are only 15 minutes away. The Hotel offers fabulous views of the sea and mountains and the sandy beaches are only 1km away. At 15 Km in Algeciras direction, you will find Sotogrande, and at 15 Km in Málaga direction, you will find the beautiful town of Estepona. The nearest international airports are Gibraltar25 Km, and Málaga 90 Km. The Manilva Green complex is built with an excellent standard of construction.

Pueblo El Goleto, is a touristic complex inaugurated in August 2007 built in the typical Andalucian village style, situated 1 Km fron the Castillo beach, on the coast of the municipality of Manilva. Near by you will find numerous golf courses, amongst them it is worth mentioning the prestigious Valderrama Golf situated in the development of Sotogrande. The complex consists of swimming pool, gardens, fountains, playgrounds, elevators with direct access to the garage, air conditioning cold / heat. It also has a gymnasium area, a small SPA equipped with a jacuzzi, sauna, turkish bath and aromatic bath, reception 24h, TV lounge, reading room and park area for children. Apartments of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms penthouses. All the 2 and 3 bedrooms apartments dispose of two bathrooms as do all the penthouses.
“ Lovely hotel with nice surroundings. Apartment walls are thin and you can here people in surrounding rooms.No kettle in apartment. Would not recomend the hotel restaraunt there are much better in Duqesa marina. Staff are very helpfull.

“ A fantastic two week stay with a 3 and 1 yr old. Very clean, maids came 3 times during our stay, very friendly staff who could speak French, Spanish and English, the latter less fluent than the others but could still make ourselves understood with my smattering of Spanish.

“ We were very impressed with the standard of the accomodation if there was one criticism it would be that the lounge had not been cleaned very well there were still bread crumbs etc on the floor, the staff on reception were very helpful.

Other good value courses nearby are Almenara, Alcaidesa, Doña Julia, La Duquesa and la Cañada. Courtesy transport to the beach, La Duquesa golf club and La Duquesa marina In double rooms there is no: kitchenette,terrace/balcony, microwave, refrigerator.
