“ Only stayed 1 night and arrived very late after our flight from UK was diverted. Called emergency number displayed on door and we were greeted quickly and efficiently. Apartment was suitable for longer stays but we were already committed to moving on next day.

“ The rooms were clean however we were put on a third floor with a lift that only went up to the second floor and both my husband and myself have difficulties with stairs. We expected to have kitchen facilities and there was a kitchen so we just dropped our bags when we returned after reception was closed we found no facilities were connected and no equipment and were not even able to make a drink and there no restaraunts anywhere near. The next morning when we approached reception we were told it would cost another £10 to connect services we were not prepared to do this as we had booked with friends and they only paid £6 more for 5 people in a much bigger apartment. Later that morning we called to reception to get a modem and were told that we had to be out of our room by 12 eventually they realised that they had made a mistake and corrected our keycard. Later that evening we returned to our room and the card worked we went downstairs to visit our friends and at 11pm returned to find we couldn't get into our room the card would not operate luckily our friends son managed to climb into a window. We had to leave before reception opened the next morning so we asked our friends to complain for us. I feel that this apartment complex were unhelpful and not very efficient a hotel would give better service, ie daily room care linen and towel change and you wouldn't stay there without the catering facilities because of the distance from any restaraunts etc.

“ we (2 adults and 1 child) stayed in this 1 bedroom apartment for 2 nights on early march 2011. overall, we are very happy with the service and facilities there. the apartment was adequate for self catering short stay and one of the main reason for us in choosing this apartment was its proximity to Gibraltar. i'm not a golfer but it may be a plus if you are one. car is an absolute must since it's located in a new development area. worth mentioned, the swimming pools were not available during our stay, maybe due to it's been off season.
“ Top Tip: local beach of Alcaidesa is a good retreat. just few minutes by car and slightly more by walk.

“ Only suitable for the golfers, Hotel in in a very large complex,down many big hills miles away from anyware ,,,,,A car is a must ,also finding the place is a big challange be prepared for many wrong directions, The hotel is modern with good kitchen facilities ..draw back is each room has own hot water supply so if two of you require a bath be prepared to share the water or wait 3 hours for the tank to warm up, the whole place is devoid of life,.but for the golfer only requireing a place to change clothes and sleep then it will do
