“ enjoyed it very much but thought the bar staff left a lot to be desired!!!! Dining room staff and cleaning staff etc excellant!!!! Would love to go back when the hotel is buzzing and in high season as was a little quiet

“ We really enjoyed our stay here. It fronts onto the beach. There was a great variety of food at breakfast, which was a buffet, all delicious. The room was well fitted out especially the bathroom. Would stay again.
“ Top Tip: Great walk into Rota along the wooden walkway which ran alongside the beach.

“ This is an excellent hotel built in the traditional Spanish style that maintains very high standards. The room is very comfortable and well appointed. Each room on the ground floor has a spacious terrace at the front surrounded by beautiful flowers. The hotel is well designed with the swimming pool set in the central courtyard and adjacent to a very comfortable lounge where you can enjoy a drink and tapas. This was our second visit to Hotel Playa de la Luz and we will definitely reurn
“ Top Tip: You can enjoy a walk along the beach to see the old quarter of Rota. In the evening watch the sunset over the bay from just outside the hotel.
