“ Booked into room 134 on arrival - right on the main road, which is 20 yards away and noisy. Did they do this because some poor guest has to go there, or because it was the only option at the time? We asked for (and got) a different room after a poor night.

“ All in all a great hotel although we travelled with a baby and needed a kettle to make up baby botles, the hotel did not provide this so we had to buy one rather than relying on room service for boiled water! there was a small fridge to keep milk and baby food cool so we managed! The breakfast was nice, plenty of variety.

“ I went to this hotel for my birthday with a couple of friends and we had a fabulous time! The food is amazing and I thoroughly reccomend paying for Half Board as the quality and value of the food is outstanding. The rooms have been renovated since the last time I stayed here (last year) and the hotel's location is brilliant. We took a taxi from right outside the hotel to the Port and it cost €7.

“ This hotel is truly lovely, you must have your booking print off with you - or the jobs worth on reception is NOT happy! Otherwise had a lovely stay, restaurant staff were really good to me I had to leave early everyday and they understood my need to get in and out of breakfast quick, friendly polite - great in fact.

“ The hotel was very nice but not quite 5* - perhaps could be listed as 4* plus. The shower leaked quite badly, the rooms were rather small, and the outside canopies were definitely in need of painting. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay.
