“ WE STAYED IN THE MINERVA 1 BEDROOM APARTMENTS FOR THE NEW YEAR PERIOD AND WE WERE LUCKY THAT THE WEATHER WAS GOOD BECAUSE THE APARTMENTS ARE VERY VERY BASIC , THE PLUS POINTS ...PLENTY OF HOT WATER AND TOWELS , BLANKETS , AND 1 OLD HEATER FOR THE WHOLE OF THE APARTMENT ....NOT MUCH ELSE GOING FOR IT ...NOT EVEN A TOASTER OR A TV ....PLENTY OF BARS AND CAFES ETC IN THE AREA . OBVIOUSLY STAYING IN THE MINERVA WOULD BE BETTER COME THE SUMMER TIME AS IT DOES HAVE A LARGE POOL AND GARDENS .

Apartment block very good, our apt. not so good, damaged entry lock,damaged hinges on many doors, cold as heater output poor,damaged shower post, bidet too close to toiet unfomfortable seating for anyone with size 5 or above feet, no toaster in the first week, it arrived after a week. Beautiful pools & grounds for the hotel group, lovely park 10 minuets away, 20 minuets walk to beach. We saw several beautiful apartments the size of ours, unfortunately ours wasn't one of them.

“ After we arrived we realized the room we had booked was not suitable for our family so we went to reception to see if there was anything they could do to help and they turned out to be very helpful in deed, for a reasonable increase in price they quickly sorted things out.

This well known holiday apartment complex has been totally refurbished and once again offers guests an excellent standard of accommodation within a short walk of the bustling marina of Benalmadena Costa where a wide variety of shops restaurants and bars can be found. The beach is about 200m away and for those who want to laze by the pool, this they will find within the gardens (with a seperate pool for the kids). All apartments have airconditioning in the Summer, heating in the Winter, full bathroom, kitchenette, satelite TV and balcony with either a pool or sea view.
“ no problems, room tidy and everything working. reception not 24hrs through winter months, but no problem, allowed me to check out at 5pm which was great.rooms cleaned twice a week which was fine. near to shops,marina and beach. would highly recommend.

The hotel is located in Puerto Marina opposite the yacht harbour and promenade just 100 metres from the beach and central to all the area's restaurants and clubs. All bedrooms are well equipped with television, telephone, heating in winter and A/C in summer and a balcony. Facilities include a buffet style restaurant with an excellent range of local and international cuisine, Bar Americano, snack bar by the pool and outdoor swimming pool.

San Fermin Hotel is located on a picturesque hill on Benalmadena, Costa del Sol. Its location in the centre of the city and its large green areas and gardens make this an ideal place for relaxation. It's classified as a 3 star hotel offering its guests an opportunity to have a joyful and entertaining vacation. The hotel was built in 1976 and was completely refurbished in 2001. The hotel is located 10km from the airport.
“ stayed at san fermin in sept 2011, rooms are very clean and tidy. the only downfall is that you have no tea/coffee facilities you have to hire the kettle 2 euros a day.The sunbeds are also 2 euros each but once you have paid you can leave your towels on them & entertainment at the hotel isnt brilliant.

Built in 2003, this hotel consists of a 13-floor main building and 6-storey annexe block, and has a total of 280 rooms. Guests arrive in a large lobby with 5 lifts to find shared amenities, such as a reception manned around the clock, a safe, a currency exchange desk and conference rooms with Internet access. There is also a cosy bar, a cafe, a newspaper stand, a hairdresser and an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area and highchairs for younger guests. Room and laundry services are at guests' disposal and there is a doctor on call. Guests may make use of the hotel car park.
“ The Best Benalmadena did not live up to it's name, Food and restaurant were very good. What let this hotel down was the none existent Air Con. in the rooms and public areas. I complaint several times.
