“ third time i have stayed here so that in itself says a lot ,on a slight incline on the approach from the main road but nothing too demanding, i find it meets my needs and they gave me a sea view as requested but you need to have a high floor because the palm trees are growing higher each year and you need to see over the tops at the sea.7.6 Very Good

Our customer reviews
S from Chelmsford
Our room was very clean with the A/C working perfectly. The only downside was NO kettle in our room but apparently this is quite common now and being on level 4 we could hear ( what we presumed to be the main A/C and extractor fans humming away until 1.00am then back on again at 7.00am.
We only stayed here for a long weekend but would stay again. It is so close to the beach and a short walk to Bonanza square.
Our room was on a bed basis only
Georgios up by Bonanza square is a lovely Italian but you have to book as so popular! We had our breakfast up in Bonanza square at the bottom of the steps in 'Lefs Bar' served with a lovely large cup of coffee each morning - lovely welcoming couple Lef and Eric :-)
We enjoyed the Tapas at Larrys on the beach the other side of the Marina to the hotel and we had a funny game of Crazy Golf just about 1/2 mile up the road. We always have a boat trip out with Discovery Sailing who are down at the Marina to book with :-)

“ Table tennis and bat are worn out and television in the room was well past its sell by date!Gym equipment are worn out.Good selection of food in restaurant. The room kept clean and tidy.
“ Top Tip: We recommend to hire segway in Puerto Marina. Had a great one and half hour tour. Nice walked up to cable ride and took trip to the top of mountain to see wild bird display.

“ Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very clean and the biggest majority of the staff very friendly and polite.
“ Top Tip: Found a great bar just a few minutes walk away called Santana's on the seafront. Went there every night after we came across it. Made us feel very welcome and treated us as if we were close friends and not just customers. Would definitely recommend a visit to this bar.

“ third time i have stayed here so that in itself says a lot ,on a slight incline on the approach from the main road but nothing too demanding, i find it meets my needs and they gave me a sea view as requested but you need to have a high floor because the palm trees are growing higher each year and you need to see over the tops at the sea.Food was good and plenty of chioce, two swimming pools plus a toddlers pool, gymnasium and evening entertainment, all in all a good standard three star hotel i will visit it again.
“ Top Tip: lots of bars within 200 yards and more and more the further you explore about the area.Must visit the cable car ride which goes over the motorway with fantastic views and falconry show at the top and paloma park very tranquil with rabbits, peacocks ,llamas ,green parrots ,like a small openair zoo and free entry ideal for small children.

“ The outside of the hotel is desperate for a up grade the paint work looks shoddy and un inviting!! Inside is fine we had a superior room which was clean and well kept by the maids etc, The food!! Breakfast can't fault it at all Hot cold continental all available good choices, Evening meal Terrible took me back to the 1960's school dinners but worse than that, one choice of hot starters plenty of cold, Mains Cold meat 1 selection only!! Fish, fish fingers cold pasta, over cooked veg, chips, cold potatos, drab looking salad, SHOCKING, Hotel prices for drinks etc Very expensive. on the plus side it is close to the marina & beach & bars etc. Unless the management do something to address this then it will soon be rated a 2 star hotel!!!!
“ Top Tip: At the marinna the PORT BAR is a welcoming bar good chatty staff (not pushy) and good prices worth a visit
