This apartment complex was renovated in 2005 and features a modern building style with a total of 36 apartments spread over 6 floors. Facilities include a lobby with a reception, a bar and lifts. Those arriving by car are able to make use of the ample car-parking facilities.This apartment complex is located on a main road next to Santa Ana beach in Benalmedena. Within 50 m guests will find a selection of nightclubs and bars.
There is a stop for public transport just in front of the hotel. Around 1 km from the hotel, guests will reach the centre with the train station as well as plenty of shopping opportunities. Melaga airport can be reached by car in about 15 minutes.The individual apartments each come with combined bedroom/ lounge area, a separate bedroom, and most are facing the sea as well as include a balcony. All the apartments additionally come with en suite bathroom facilities, a fridge, a kitchenette and a hire safe.

2nd stay here this year. We are sun lovers, so decided to stay again as we had the sun all day until 3pm in January. However, as the sun is now much higher in the sky(May)it was gone from the balcony by around 1pm, which was disapointing for us as we coundnt enjoy the afternoon sun on our own balcony.
Still a cheap apartment at £31 per night, which is close to pretty much everything, but as has been said before, it really needs a makeover inside.
Beware of the sloping balcony! I accidently knocked a can of drink over and it quickly rolled straight over the edge - luckily it didnt hit anyone below...
Will probably stay here again for a short winter break, but will also try some other places too.
“ Top Tip: Walk up the hill(sticking to main road, park will be on your left), go right at 1st traffic lights. Follow road round and go right at next turning. You will fond a good cheap supermarket and a lovely square with loads of bars, that serve cheap drinks (1.20 - 1.50 euro a pint)and you can sit in the sun all afternoon.

Whilst the hotel was a bit dated and tired it was excellent value for money and the fact that every day you could look out at a glorious view of the sea was a real bonus. My friend and I were allocated studio apartments on different floors,which was less than ideal. However when my friend spoke to Juan on the desk later the same day,he very kindly offered to move her the next morning to a studio next door to me. He was so pleasant and nothing was too much trouble for him.
I would most definitely recommend these apartments as they were central to everything you need. The beach was just across the road,bus stops nearby and plenty of restaurants.
“ Top Tip: Nice place to go for cocktails is Tiki Bar on right hand side of main road when you go from hotle. Also Ma Bradys doen on the beach does excellent meals as does Bar 27 aagain on the main street. Not much in entertainment but if you go along to Buzbys/Mad Terrys you will not be disappointed at level of entertainment every night.This is on main road to left of hotel

This aparthotel is in a fabulous location only yards from the beach and restaurants. The studio apartment was a good size with a balcony overlooking the sea and the pool area. The whole apartment block was scrupulously clean and staff were pleasant and helpful.
I would be more than happy to go back to these apartments again.

“ we stayed at sunny beach from 30 april to 8 may.we really enjoyed our stay. we had a lovely room with great beach views. would certainly book again. great value for money. the only problem was we had to go home. great food at the mad ass irish bar gerry will give u two lovely steaks and a btl. of wine for 21e. now i am going to book 17th sept. for 8 days. sean and mary from magheraveely co.fermanagh
