I visited the Hotel Florida with my 20 year niece and despite the fact that the majority of the residents at the hotel were considerably older we had a great four days. The reception and public areas were clean, bright and modern and the staff were extremely friendly - the best I've met anywhere. That also applied to the restaurant where the food was fantastic with a great range and all beautifully presented and cooked and the staff were really lovely. The rooms were superb - clean, modern and spacious with everything you could want. The only slight downside at the hotel is the size of the pool and its condition was a little tired - in fact it was the only thing in the place that needed anything doing to it.
The hotel was ideally placed and was extremely comfortable, quiet and luxurious. We did use the spa which was also great. I would not hesitate to book the Florida again either for a short break or a week's holiday and I have already recommended it to friends and family.

“ I stayed in Florida Spa hotel for the three nights only, but that was fantastic short break. The hotel is situated very close to restaurants and bars ,but still not noisy.The beach is easy to reach, short walking distance.Very easy and cheap train transfer from Malaga airport.The hotel is very clean,very nice rooms.The staff was very friendly and helpful.If someone likes music and dancing this is the best place to stay in, there was something to do every night, but mainly for the older people.I really enjoyed that short break .The hotel is excellent.

“ The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach , bars , local restaurants and shops. The hotel is very clean and welcoming, the rooms are comfortable, plenty of hot water, a welcome pack in the bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities on a welcome tray, fridge for use, glasses and mini bar on request. The hotel food offers plenty of choice at breakfast time, with several courses of choice in the evening restaurant. The entertainment was varied with different singers and plenty of dancing, with happy hour every day during 12 - 1 lunch and 7-8pm in the evening, with a variety of cocktails too!. All in all the hotel is great value for money, clean, with friendly and welcoming staff. Great outdoor pool and poolside bar/cafe, with an indoor spa also. The glass lifts are novelty with great views of the mountains. I would stay at the hotel again without a doubt.

Benalmadena Palace offers 183 apartments decorated in an Andalucian-Mediterranean style decoration. The hotel offers guests an excellent range of leisure facilities including 3 swimming pools and a fully equipped gym. Entertainment is also available for both adults and children on an evening and during the day. The hotel is just 150 metres from the nearest beach.
“ Self catering facilities are very poor - only 2 rings, sink, fridge and microwave, no oven or freezer and one saucepan /2 frying pans!!. We had to clean everything in the self catering area cutlery, utensils, crockery etc before they were fit to be used.

The hotel is located just outside Fuengirola directly on the sandy beach with bars, restaurants, shops and excellent nightlife all within easy reach (walking distance to the city centre along the beach promenade 15 minutes). The rooms are all air conditioned and well equipped with a sea view. Facilities include two restaurants, tapas bar, music bar as well as a swimming pool, fitness club, thalassotherapy spa centre (access to the spa and fitness areas is only available for adults), tennis court and hairdresser.
“ Visited hotel for one night on a 'winter deal' half board price (£60 ish) .Found staff very smart , helpful and friendly. Good room overlooking beach and swimming pool. We were there in January when the hotel was nearly empty.

The Torreblanca Hotel enjoys a prime location close to the sea and the beautiful warm sandy beach in Fuengirola. The centre and its countless shops and entertainment venues are within walking distance and the impressive marina is also just paces from the hotel. Torreblanca Hotel Fuengirola has189 guest rooms with sea and pool views. All rooms are equipped with modern amenities while some of them have a private balcony. Please note there are lots of steps in the hotel and around the pool area so this property is not suitable for those with walking difficulties.
