“ hotel and staff good but needs refurbished seating in reception worn and shabby . the food not too bad butwas never warm at any time otherwise we had an enjoyable holiday the trains very good and cheap

the reception staff were very helpfull, the standard of cleaning excellent, clean towels every day.
The food however was very bad, it was always cold no matter what time you went to eat, and looked very unappetizing. There was little choice and my two teenagers lived on chips and salad.
The hotel was full of elderly spanish women and the entertainment was poor.

I had trouble finding hotel went to fuengirola by train then found u had to get back on to torreblanca station.

“ We had a very enjoyable stay,nice big room with large balcony, Our only criticism is that the plates and food were often not kept hot enough.The train shuttle - every 20mins - immediately behind the Hotel was a big bonus for getting about.

The hotel was built in 1973 and completely renovated in 2002. It offers a total of 414 rooms spread over 8 storeys. Guests are offered a stylish lobby with lifts, safes and a 24-hour reception desk. Furthermore there is a games room, a TV room, a shop, a nightclub, a cafe, a cosy bar, a pub and an air-conditioned restaurant with a separate non-smoking area and children's highchairs available on request. Business guests may make use of the conference room and the public Internet terminal Guests may also use the medical assistance if necessary. The hotel has its own car park and a garage for guests arriving by car as well as a kids' club and play area for younger guests.
“ on arrival we did not like the room we were given,but the next day the staff gave us a choice of two, the staff were always helpfull and pleasent. the food was quite good with a fair choice. while we were there, there was a swimming gala nearby so the hotel was quite full of teenagers who were training at the olympic size swimming pool just down the road so it was not a quiet hotel.

The Sol Timor aparthotel is located in the Montemar area of Torremolinos, separated from the sea only by the promenade, and surrounded by extensive gardens. Alongside the shopping, dining and entertainment facilities. 1 km from the marina, 5 km from Malaga Airport and 35 km from Marbella.
“ weather was cold when we stayed ( begining of feb' ) and the heating would not work. the room allocated to us was at best basic but to be fair we only paid a basic rate.

The hotel is situated on the beachfront of Fuengirola, close to shopping and entertainment facilities. Accommodation at the Stella Maris complex is in studios or one bedroom apartments, all on 14 floors. There are four lifts. Studios are equipped with twin beds, bathroom, kitchenette, television, telephone, air-conditioning (at an extra charge) and balcony or terrace. One bedroom apartments are similar but have a separate bedroom. There is maid service every day, towels are changed three times a week and linen is changed once a week.
“ On arrival, our welcome was friendly and helpful. Without asking the staff, they gave us 3 (1 each) keys for our apartment. The apartment was clean and tidy with plenty of room for 3 of us in our 2 bedroom apartment. Nice view of the bay from our balcony.
