“ It's a shame it's so quiet, fabulous hotel, but lacks atmosphere. Hopefully that will return.
“ Top Tip: Short taxi ride away from Puerto Cabopino, where there are choices of restaurants, bars, and excellent beach. We can highly recommend Hermosa restaurant in Puerto Cabopino.

“ The Hotel was lovely & we had a fabulous holiday, however the Beach Club was closed when we got there, which was the main reason that we chose this hotel. As a result there were no other facilities within walking distance to the hotel. The service was generally good (although the bar service was slow most of the time). The room was lovely & the food was exceptional. There didn't appear to be a spa/treatment area & when we booked a massage it was done in one of the hotel rooms which is not what you expect from a 5* hotel, although the massage was good it was very expensive considering the lack of facilities.

Just got back, had a wonderful time. The hotel is very clean, the pool is lovely, the Beach club is beautiful and the food is faaaaab!!!
The cleaning staff are very sweet and polite, although non spoke English.
We stayed in a Junior Suit which is very spacious, we were given 2 extra single beds but only needed one, beds were comfortable. Room service was great, didn't take too long to arrive
Bathrooms are very clean and spacious fresh
towels twice a day. I will definitely go back to this hotel.
Ok but if you want to use the beach club you have to pay 15 euros for a sunlounger and extra for the curtains around the cabana!!!!!
Lovely sunloungers and friendly pool staff who saved us sunbeds with umbrellas as we had a 4 month old baby with us.
