“ The hotel is beautiful as you'd expect from a five star golf and spa holiday. You're in an exclusive part so there's no cheap tourist shops or crowd around. You'll have to use taxis if you want to look around.
“ Top Tip: If you're not after a golf and spa holiday, go elsewhere! Booking through Travel Republic was excellent. Great service and no hidden cost!

For a 5* hotel there were some aspects of the hotel that were really disappointing. We booked a room for 3 people and for a hotel of this quality expected the room to accommodate 3 adults. The room was actually only suitable for 2. On arrival we had 2 twin beds with a third campbed which was extremely uncomfortable. We did ask reception to put a third proper bed in the room to be told that was not possible. The space of the room only allowed for the camp bed to be placed at the foot of the two twin beds as well which made the room extremely cramped.
In addition we only had two bath robes, two pairs of slippers, towles and toiletries for two and had to ask housekeeping for a third of everything.
The air conditioning was not working effectively and when we queried this with reception was advised that it was a computer fault and they were looking at it but for our four night stay it never really worked effectively.
On our last day we checked out but our flight was not until late so we asked the hotel where we could shower and get changed to be advised there was no facility. have never stayed in a hotel before that did not have the spa or a room set aside for showering for guests.
The hotel advertises it is 5 minuites from the port. This is not the case it is a good 30 minute walk and a good 15 minuite drive so the location was not good for the neach, port, shops or restaurants.
All in allI would not choose to stay in this hotel again.

“ Fabulous hotel, staff fantastic very helpful. My 5 year old had a ball, visited the kids club but enjoyed being at the pool better, only fault childrens pool was too deep.
“ Top Tip: Very expensive for drinks etc at pool go to San Pedro Mercado and stock up

Nice Hotel but not walking distance to anywhere - costs 10 euros each way to get to Puerto Banus and 85 Euros to and from Airport - get a transfer or hire car!!
Spa at hotel exceptionally expensive
Food however was very nice and fairly reasonable priced although soft drinks were not.....3 Euros for a small bottle of water
“ Top Tip: If you want to stay in a hotel for your whole stay this would be fine but if you want to venture out and about this is not the hotel for you unless of course you have unlimited funds to spend on Taxis
