The apartment hotel was built in 1991 and includes a total of 310 apartments and 9 suites, throughout 3 buildings. Amongst the facilities count a stylish foyer with a lift, a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange desk and a conference room. There is also a cafe and a buffet restaurant for breakfast. There is an underground garage (payable on site) and the car park opposite the hotel is limited. This apartment hotel is situated amidst a 7,000 mee garden, in the Puerto Banus. In this area you will find many luxury boutiques, two shopping centers and close the famous Casino of Marbella. The beautiful sandy beach is 300 meters separate the hotel just across the street. Front of the hotel bus stop. All of the rooms are pleasant furnished and come with an en suite bathroom, Furthermore, they come equipped with a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, Internet access, a kitchenette, a fridge, a safe and a terrace. Hotel staff carries out cleaning when guests have vacated the room. This hotel is surrounded by prestigious golf courses of Spain and International. It is certainly the best spot for a holiday enjoying the hotel pool or tennis court and paddle.
Free Wifi throughout the hotel, in public areas and in all rooms. The hotel has been partially refurbished. Deposit safe boxes are now free of charge. Small dogs (under 5kg) are accepted, on request.

It is a very lively hotel with lot's of hen and stag doos so please don't book if your looking for tranquility however, if you want to party and enjoy a great hotel then stay here.

“ This is our 6th time at this hotel and we're going back next year!! Hotel is very clean, our room was cleaned daily and if we were in bed they would come back later. Staff are very nice and very helpful. The port is only a five min walk from the hotel, and the street behind (the strip)was buzzing every night!! The drink prices on the Port have come down from previous years, 21 euros for 3 vodka and cokes and they are not small measures!! We would make our way there for a couple and then head to the strip. Linekers is good but, Seven is the new night spot to head to!! Also worth a visit is 'Le Sala' its round the side and under the underpass next to the hotel, great food at good prices. This isnt a place to take the kids! Lots of hen parties and stag parties, fantastic hotel for groups of friends!!
