Built in the year 2000 and renovated in 2003, this complex lies on a main road and comprises 4 floors with a total of 54 studios. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with lifts and bicycle storage as well as a car park and garage for those arriving by car.The apartment complex lies in the leisure district, around 4 km away from the centre of Rincon de la Victoria where guests will discover many shopping and entertainment venues. The sea is about 750 m away and the transfer time to the airport takes around 15 minutes.Each of the studios comes with a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, a fridge, a kitchenette, satellite/ cable TV, an iron and ironing board, a terrace as well as individually regulated air conditioning and central heating.In the outdoor complex there is a swimming pool, as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers. The nearest golf course is 100 m from the complex.Take the A7 motorway towards Motril/Almeria, and take exit 258 (Torre de Benagalbon/Macharaviaya). At the end of the exit turn right, after 200 meters there is a small roundabout, turn left and the hotel is dead ahead.

Is a little out of Malaga center and all its surrounding villages (Benalmadena, Coin, Marbella ,...). About 30 km to downtown.
It's a good apartment, but their service is somewhat limited, only 1 change toilet paper a week and just not report receiving sites to see near the Rincon de la Victoria.
The town is ugly and little entertainment, if not zero, the beach is worth it, is familiar enough and has some extremely nice people bars but at others I think are worth looking for something closer to downtown Malaga.
