“ I read many of the reviews before I visited this hotel and thought it couldn't be as bad as many reviews said,I was wrong.The food wascool I had to use the microwave many time to get the food hot. The breakfasts were awful, the fried eggs had been done long before I had breakfast so had to ask for fresh ones to be fried, and the beans had a skin over them. The walls in the rooms were paper thin and you could hear people on both sides chatting on the phone and conversations. This hotel certainly does NOT qualify for 4 stars. If anyone does book in to this hotel I suggest they book Room Only.

“ I do not know why but the Hotel has quite a serious problem with the drains. The odours waft back into the rooms through the ventilation ducting. Sadly it is probably sewage that you are smelling ! This hotel should be getting quite high marks off me as most other features tend to be good, if I gave high marks I would be doing a disservice to any other persons reading reviews prior to making a booking. For this one reason only I will never go back to this hotel.

Would not rate this hotel as 4 star.
Room was below restaurant so constant noise from scraping chairs, tables and children constantly running around.
Sunbeds around pool very poor condition.
Vegetarian options at meal times non-existent and food basically same each day.

“ Food cold this is because the air condtioning unit is blowing cold air onto the hot plate. When we told reception they were not interested. Whirlpool not used by guests but pidgeons. Toilets near pool out of service for most of 10 day stay. Public areas not as clean as should be eg glass screens not clean windows dirty carpets in corridors not cleaned wallpaper coming off walls and skirting boards . Gym not open.Smoke in dining room due to cooking in there. All in all not a 4 star hotel.
