“ We thought this hotel was excellent.Yes I understand the previous reviews concerning some food not being hot enough, but this didn't cause any concern as the food was tasty and well cooked and of course you have the use of a microwave anyway.I suspect most of the food complaints are coming from the fact that the restaurant is so big that by the time you actually get around all the food your first item would have cooled somewhat in any restaurant. Not a problem with us,we ate very well and if we didn't like it well then there was always something else on offer. We are not fussy people. We went in April, therefore pool rather cold, weather was luckily scorching.Rooms best Ive had in Spain.Staff all friendly and polite, all inc drink plenty and no wait at bar, maybe a few minutes over the whole week.Kids entertainment could be better but to be perfectly honest the girl handling the whole affair did such a good job she deserves a medal,my 4 year old misses her so much.Adult entertainment was rather bland, but with so much else to do and plenty of free drink you tend to go with the flow and have a ball anyway. To sum up,we WILL be re-booking ASAP,cracking time all round.

This hotel caters for all inclusive residents, as we went half board, at evening meal time no waiter asks if you would like a drink, you had to go and order your drink from the bar in the restaurant, which offered a bottle of wine, with no facilities to keep your wine until the following evenings meal, beer and soft drinks.
The rooms were fine, basic but ok to stay in for the stay, altough we did not stay in them, we only slept there. I think train station should be made more aware of as we were going up to san miguel for the train, when we found out towards the end of the holiday la colina was a 15 minute walk away but on level ground, as in san miguel you had to pay 50cents for the lift up, or walk the stairs if lift person was not there. There was no entertainment near this hotel and we as a family felt very let down by the reviews on this hotel. Although I asked for low floor due to high blood pressure I was given it. Antonio was the only helpful staff there who understood english. This hotel did not cater for vegitarians or vegans as I like to eat as a vegetarian and dont eat fish all that was on the menu pork veal potatoes nasty one veg and paella
“ Top Tip: We found a good cafe 20 minute walk away but don't know the name of it, but we spent our evenings there and the staff were very friendly and gave you extras, ie shots before you left the premises.
