“ Fantastic hotel, staff and manager couldn't do enough for you. In April the clientele was mainly over the age of 60 but I would imagine in the later months you would get younger people staying. The hotel was very clean. The food was good and the drinks plentiful. Had a good entertainment programme.

The modern beach hotel was built in 1957 and completely renovated in 2003. It has 3 buildings with 3, 4 and 9 floors and a total of 325 guestrooms, of which 18 are doubles and 304 are singles. Guests are welcomed into a large lobby with 4 lifts and a reception manned around the clock, as well as a safe and a currency exchange desk. A games room and a TV lounge with satellite programmes and Internet access (for an additional fee) also feature. Additional amenities include a café, bar and a pub, as well as a newspaper stand and a shop. A hairdresser's salon and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with separate non-smoking area and highchairs for children also feature. Further services include a laundry service and medical assistance. The hotel also offers parking facilities for those arriving by car and a play area for children.
This hotel lies in a superb location in the tourist area of Torremolinos and is separated from the stunning sandy beach by the promenade. The centre of Torremolinos, where guests will find an abundance of shops and entertainment venues, is only about 2 km away. Public transport departs from stops directly in front of the hotel.
The modern, tastefully decorated rooms come with an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer. In addition, all rooms include a direct dial telephone and a satellite/cable TV (for an additional fee), as well as a radio, hifi, minibar, safe and air conditioning and central heating units. Moreover, each room has a terrace or a balcony.
The hotel has its own heated indoor swimming pool, as well as a pool with a separate children's paddling pool, snack bar, deck chairs and parasols (bath towels are available on payment of a deposit). Guests can also enjoy a game of table tennis, tennis, snooker and mini golf. Alternatively, they can participate in aerobics classes or enjoy a workout in the hotel gym. An entertainment programme provides some diversion. On payment of an additional fee, a hot tub, sauna, solarium and a massage service are also available.

“ Top Tip: Being pensioners we dont do discos , but what we did and love to do is up and catch the local bus , we went to Torremolinos , caught the train to Malaga , a great day out , so yes we have our fun doing it our way.

“ Overall a super hotel with excellent food choices that would suit everyone's tastes, rooms were more than adequate for size and beds were comfortable if you like a firm mattress, you do have to keep adjusting the shower temperature as all of a sudden it will run either boiling hot or freezing cold. The only problem we had was the air conditioning was not turned on and the ceiling fan did very little to cool the room. As for its location it is in a very quiet part at the far end of torromolinos so if your looking for a lively holiday then this is not for you and will take you a good 20-25mins to walk to centre where you will find all the bars etc, the beach is a stones throw away with plenty of sunbeds for hire which seemed to range from 3-6 euros a day depending on where you go.
