Riu Nautilus Hotel

“ THIS IS THE SECOND YEAR WE HAVE STAYED AT THIS HOTEL, THE STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND DO ALL THEY CAN TO MAKE YOU WELCOME.
THE ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND IF YOUR NOT HAPPY WITH ANYTHING, ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS TELL THEM AND IT WILL BE PUT RIGHT STRAIGHT AWAY, THE TV IN OUR CASE.
THE FOOD IS BRILLIANT THERE IS SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE, YOU ARE WELCOMED INTO DINNER BY THE MANAGER AND STAFF
WE LOVED OUR HOLIDAY AND WOULD GO BACK AGAIN

“ Our 7th stay at this hotel. Ideal location, great food, super staff, Really enjoyed ourselves.

“ My wife and I stayed at this hotel 2years past March and it was superb 10 out of 10 standards have fallen in the food department,not the same quality as before,start at the coffee,more dark colored water or dish water
perhaps, and someone should tell the cook,you cant fry eggs proper on a hot plate,you need a proper frying pan,now the scrambled eggs should be seen Tobe believed,it was more like yellow pigswill, would not even try the stuff, and if the coffee was bad enough go for tea,but the cheap tea gags made the tea undrinkable,and the bacon was like strips of leather yuk,we finished up eating hard boiled eggs and croissants,and don't look for fresh orange juice you wont find any,just eat the fresh half oranges instead, the evening meals were poor quality,but the chefs thought it was good stuff,rooms and staff were OK

“ Top Tip: A quiet drink can be had across from the hotel in the side street,the owner Laura
is very polite and attentive it's called La Copla.

“ staff were excellent manager who oversaw in restaurant was superb
he missed nothing and was an excellent ambassador for hotel
hotel was very clean
