Sol Don Marco is one of a complex of 3 hotels, the other 2 are Don Pablo & Don Pedro and you have access to all facilities in the complex. Our (sea-view) rooms on the 2nd floor in Don Marco were clean, well serviced and comfortable. The balcony on these catches the sun from early morning to around 1pm.
As it was low season (late April) we had to use the restaurant next door in Don Pablo. It is all self-service, cutlery and wine glasses only on the table, so you have to find everything else. As usual, no tea or coffee is provided at dinner. There was a wide range of food available to suit all tastes.
The Don Marco seems to be the quieter of the three hotels.
Staff were pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.
We had a very enjoyable stay.

“ The Sol Don Marco is a clean, comfortable and extremely well managed hotel. The facilities are excellent and the restaurant offers a wide range of hot and cold foods, to a high standard. We enjoy the comfortable lounges and the pleasant, well maintained gardens. The three hotels in the complex combine to make holidays there a most enjoyable experience, and the staff are generally friendly and helpful. We would recommend this hotel to our friends.
“ Top Tip: It was great to wander along the promenade and relax with a coffee and brandy at one of the many outside cafes, at a cost of under two euros.
