This charming hotel opened in 2007 and offers 9 bedrooms in total. It is air-conditioned and has a lobby with 24-hour reception, lift access, cafe, restaurant, Internet access (subject to fees) and room service. Parking facilities are also available to guests arriving by car (subject to fees). The decor is inspired by Moorish and Andalusian styles, which is particularly visible in the stone and plaster work.The hotel is located in Torrox, a lovely village in Malaga, not far from the main village square and all public amenities. It is only 10 min from the coast and 40 km from the famous Picasso Museum and the Malaga Airport. The Nerja caves are 15 min away, and the Alhambra of Granada and the Granada Airport are 110 km away.The spacious and well-lit double rooms come equipped with all the amenities that discerning travellers have come to expect: en suite bathroom, individually adjustable air-conditioning and heating, Internet access, direct dial telephone, TV and either a balcony or terrace, from which great sea and mountain views are to be had.Guests may like to take advantage of the sun terrace.

Very clean hotel - friendly owners. Rooms comfortable for this star of hotel.
It is recently opened and mostly new inside. The shower we had was pretty wick - water came out of the shower head everywhere. But it was enough and only a small issue with over comfort of hotel.
You cannot part outsie as small narrow streets, but very close to eating places etc. . and we enjoyed our stay

Allthough this hotel was two star it was pleasure to
stay in. The staff were very helpful The rooms were spotless linen changed every day The breakfast was continental but adequate We wouldn't hesitate to stay in this hotel again.

The first thing that I would comment on is that the hotel is in Torrex Peublo, the village and not at the Costa, sea front but as I was already aware of this it was not a problem for me.
The hotel was very welcoming, the room was very clean and functional but was on the road side of the hotel and due to works in the village there was more than usual traffic passing.
Breakfast was fine, if you like a continental type breakfast.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel last year and experienced no problem at all - hence the return visit this year. This time, however, we did not sleep very well during our one night stay, because of motorbike traffic zooming past our window throughout the whole night. In the morning we mentioned this to the hotel owner who explained that the seal on the double glazed units was faulty.
We paid a really good price for the room and breakfast, but unless we could be guaranteed the room at the back (away from the road) we would be unlikey to choose this hotel again.
If other guests are used to wearing earplugs or simlpy are not bothered by the noise level then thats fine, as the hotel itself is beautiful. It is very clean, the rooms are spacious with air con or heating (if you go in the cooler months), comfortable beds (twin beds), wardrobe space and a desk with a chair. The shower room is lovely, everything in working order.
There is a small balcony at the back of the hotel with fabulous mountain views - ideal for sharing a bottle of wine and chilling out.
Parking is not really easy. You have to just take pot luck and hope you get a spot in the square, after that you have to go further up the road upon which the hotel is situated, after that there is a large car park - but it is not close! So on arrival drop off your bags and then find a parking spot. When you leave - get the car first and stop outside, then load your stuff and off you go.
“ Top Tip: Close by is the Hotel La Casa which does lunch and dinner, very reasonable prices. Chatty, friendly staff look after you there. They have a larger terrace for dining outside which has shade for those who like that (and an outdoor shower - something I have never seen before)! there is also additional dining space inside. A lovely alternative to eating in the square or going down to the coast.
