“ We enjoyed our break. rooms very good.staff very good. food a good selection, just found some things cold. i.e. scrambled eggs not put on a heated surface as were other hot foods. will go again very good value for money.
“ Top Tip: very good english bar Faro, very near hotel spacious inside and out and very welcoming. great tapas and food.

“ A very modern hotel in the town of Almunecar. Staff were pleasant and they spoke english at the reception. The food in the buffet, always a good selection to choose from. The pool on the roof we found very relaxing plenty of sun chairs and shade if you needed it, great views also of the town.
“ Top Tip: The bus station was 5 mins walk to the hotel. Bus from Malaga airport to Malaga Bus Terminal 2 euros (each). Change for the ALSA bus to Almunecar which was 6.50 euros each. We had to get taxi back to Malaga as bus timetables did not coincide with flight time . It was 90 euros.

A number of fittings needed some attention and some TV channels didn't function. Sunbeds were uncomfortable. Some food at breakfast needed heating in microwave oven.
Otherwise hotel was very good value and well placed.

Very friendly and helpful staff, food was very good and although not always piping hot there was a great choice of fish, meat, salads, vegetables and some excellent desserts.
The hotel was first class and the bedrooms were a good size with 2 double beds. The bathroom / shower area was spotless and clean - essential in my opinion. Towels were changed without asking every day and bedding changed every pther day. My only gripe, and it's a small one, is that we only had 4 coat hangers in the wardrobe and even though I asked for more twice, they didn't appear. There was a lack of drawer space and I ended up putting my 'fold-up' clothes on the bottom of the wadrobe floor as that was the largest area for storage!

Top Tip:
Two minutes walk into the centre of town where the night life and bars are buzzing. All the bars in the area offer free tapas with every drink and it's very easy to not have to buy a meal and live very cheaply. The beach is a gentle 5 minute walk away.
Almunecar is a peaceful Spanish town with a huge variety of bars and different Europeans. I love it!!

“ CLEAN LARGE ROOMS. GOOD POSITION, RIGHT ON THE EDGE OF TOWN. 2MINS TO CENTRE. THE BREAKFAST WAS PLENTIFUL. THERE WAS A BAR BUT NO-ONE USED IT. AS THERE WAS ALOT OF PEOPLE NOT ON HOLIDAY, IT DID HAVE THE FEELING OF MORE OF A MOTEL, SAYING THAT, I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO STAY AT THE HOTEL AGAIN.
“ Top Tip: VERY GOOD TAPAS AREA, SO DON'T BOTHER WITH RESTAURANT MEALS AS A FEW DRINKS WITH TAPAS IS MORE FUN.
