The hotel complex was completely renovated in 2010. It comprises a 3 floor main building and a 6-floor annexe block, with altogether 195 rooms of which 181 are double rooms and 9 are single rooms as well as 5 suites. The main building offers guests a lobby area with 24-hour reception, a lift, a currency exchange desk and a safe. The complex includes a hairdresser's salon, a TV and lounge area, a conference room, a cafe and an air-conditioned restaurant with highchairs for infants. Services on offer here include a public free Internet terminal, bicycle hire and laundry services. The outdoor complex includes a children's play area. Car parking and garage facilities are on offer outside.Situated atop a cliff on the Costa Tropical with wonderful views over the sea and the beach. Its location is sovereign and peaceful nature in an area about 3 km from the village of Salobreea with good access from the Ctra Nac 340 and 5 min from the exit of the A7 (Malaga - Almeria).The spacious and rustic rooms come with a bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a radio, a hire safe, an Internet connection and individually-regulated heating, most of them with balcony and seaview. The luxury rooms in the annexe block also include a minibar and a garantied balcony with frontal views out over the sea.With the backdrop of an old watchtower, the leafy garden complex offers guests a pool, a pool/ snack bar (July and August) as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Tennis, table tennis and billiards can be tried out at an extra charge. bocce is available at no extra charge. Guests are offered an entertainment programme and children a kids club in the high season (July, August and September). The nearest golf course lies about 8 km away.

“ Clean hotel but food poor and not a great deal of choice.Best meal breakfast.Staff helpful but hotel not near any beaches and impossible to walk anywhere from hotel as no pavements and a very busy main road.You do need to hire a car to get anywhere

Starting to look tired now. Walls thin between bedrooms. Not sufficient sun beds which are all covered with towels first thing in morning only leaving the grass to lie on!
However, location superb with commanding views being set on top of cliff. Beach is a long way down to bottom of cliff and too steep for older guests.

“ very pleasant hotel and beautiful surroundings. Hotel location would be too quiet for the younger person
“ Top Tip: lovely cove near hotel - bumped into a herd of goats on the way down. the kids (baby goats) were adorable and to top it all there were dolphins leaping about - wished i had a boat to get a closer look

“ We have stayed here before and have always enjoyed the experience. Although quite a large hotel there is a feeling of space. The view from the terrace is breathtaking and we love the walks in the vicinity. Our room was spacious and well appointed and we had a balcony overlooking the sea. We have always found the Staff pleasant and efficient.
