The hotel lies within 1 m of Playa Levante and 2 km of Playa Illetas.The rooms each come with a bathroom with a hairdryer and a fridge. Each of the rooms comes with a telephone, Internet access, central heating and a hire safe. All rooms include a balcony. Some rooms also enjoy excellent views of the sea.In the outdoor complex is a swimming pool with a children's pool, a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols.There are also rooms with wheelchair access available. “ The hotel had amazing views of the sea, the staff extremely friendly and its location was perfect for us. A two minute walk to the beach, bike hire available on the doorstep, a 30 second walk to the bus stop and supermarket, and only two bus stops into Es Pujol, the main town of Formentera. The only downside was that the wooden walkway that travels the distance of the beach from Es Pujol stops approx half a kilometer from Es Pujol to the each close to the hotel and so becomes rocky and a little difficult to walk on, but still beautiful beaches and amazing views! We would strongly recommend this hotel. Couldn't believe it was a 1 star - even the breakfast was great!
“ Top Tip: We would recommend taking a trip into Es Pujol in the evenings for dinner and drinks. If you walk to the beach front you'll see a small sign pointing to the right to a bar and restaurant called 'Gerard' - lanterns light the wooden walkway along the beach for approx half a kilometer right up to the bar, and when you get there it's full of candles, comfy sofas and great cocktails. it's also very dark along the beach and so the stars are amazing. A really special place.

Renovated in 2003, this hostel features 33 rooms spread over 2 floors and a 200-me garden. The building includes a reception and a newspaper stand. A bar, a snack bar, a TV room and a restaurant also count amongst the hostel's facilities. Cars may be parked in the hostel car park or garage. Laundry services round up the services on offer. In addition, there is a playground for younger guests and a bicycle rental service is available around 100 m away.
“ We upgraded to the hotel lago playa - not the 'hostal' lago playa two whcih we booked - looks the same in all the adverts but a massive difference in rooms balconies and sea views etc

Built in Mediterranean style, the grounds of the 325 bungalows, mostly just a ground floor or with one storey, are dominated by old pine trees. The facilities include, in the central building, a lobby, a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, lifts and a currency exchange desk. Additional facilities include a boutique, a supermarket, a TV lounge, an auditorium, a cafe and a total of 2 air-conditioned restaurants (e la carte and buffet). The complex also features a playground for younger guests. In addition, there is Internet access and bicycle rental available to hotel guests.
