Just returned from a week's all inclusive. Found hotel easily, ample car parking, staff all very helpful and polite despite working long hours.
Room was more than adequate and cleaned most days, I would suggest the living room and the bedroom are the wrong way around, however no big deal.
The food was best we have had in many A/I hotels, ample choice, hot and fresh with the salads my fave with local produce, something to eat for all I suggest.
Pools clean as was as all the grounds, the one at the top is warmer, believe me.

Top Tip:
Would strongly suggest hiring a car as there is not a lot to see or do in Costa Calma
be it pubs, clubs, shops or restaurants. Morro Jable is only approx 20 mins in the car which as a lot more to offer.

Could not fault the accommodation,staff, food and pool were great.
This is very much a German Hotel and we were the only English for most of the week.There was no entertainment in the evening so if you want a quiet go to bed early hotel this is it. There are no restaurants/entertainment outside of the hotel.You need to make the most of the all inclusive facilities.

Top Tip:
Take a bus ride into Jardin were there are shops/bars and entertainment but you will need to get a taxi back as the buses stop early.
Beach is not to good unless you walk a little way down.

“ Hotel was ok. Food was good for one week but repetitive for longer. Was full of german families. Hotel was geared towards german people. Not everything translated to english. Very few English people. entertainment also geared towards Germans not everything translated to English. Still enjoyed our one week stay but wouldn't go again.

“ The hotel and grounds were spotlessly clean. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Mainly german resort, but we had no problems making ourselves understood and the children (ages 3 and 6) got on fine with the kids club and entertainment. Older children might get a little bored here

Hotel exterior was kept very clean, but although bedroom was clean it was dated and there was a musty smell inside which never went away. I should imagine it would be unbearably hot in there in high season. Our toilet seat was wobbly and there was a constant dripping noise. We complained about this and after three days the seat was fixed, but the drip continued. The waiting Staff were friendly and hard working. Choice of food on the AI was limited over the week as it always seemed to be the same , but there was plenty of it, though it was often cold.
Entertainment was rubbish, unless you were eight years old and german.
There was choice of sun beds and pools, but the sun beds were of poor quality. overall it was good value for money and we enjoyed ourselves, but it was all very 'faded glory'.

The resort itself is quiet and peaceful- dont go there if you want to rave!
