This was the third time we had stayed at the barcelo jandia playa but the first in premium. The premium part of the hotel was very good,from the service with a smile to the food in the premium restaurant and the a la carte. The rooms were ok, the beds very comfortable. We would definatley go back again and stay in the premium part.
We went into the main hotel restaurant but the food had really gone down hill since our last visit which is a great shame because it used to be very good.
All in all we had a lovely sunny holiday.

“ food was not very good in premium club food warm or cold.staff were good and worked very hard but service hit and miss in the ala carte evening meal service was sometimes slow and wrong orders brougth out needs to improve overall if they want repeat customers. Nice part was the quiteness around pool and bar areas nice seaview if you were on floors 1 or above would go back if the price was on offer. would be disapointed had we paid full price

“ Anyone who is thinking about booking Club Premium think again or you will be very disappointed, all it is is 4* service and some of it is not even that.The staff in the bar are very surly, they try to put you in a room on the ground floor unless you complain about, it we got the 2nd floor after I complained. They have ripped dressing gowns in the rooms,no room service not a pen and paper in site to write on, the only TV channel you can watch in English is CNN news, I have been in better Premier Inns,the "ALCARTE" is a joke, the food and service in The Buffet was 100% better. Do not waste your money going Premium they do not have the staff to give you the service, it seems to me that the Barcelo Group are very penny pinching.

Everything was better than expected; the food, service and facilities. The only improvement would be being closer to the beach, but that's physically impossible.
The club premium enjoyed adult only seperate facilities which really aided the relaxation.
“ Top Tip: Hire a car; not expensive, especially if booked in advance and with so many hidden gems on Fuerteventura it gives you the freedom to really explore.

“ Very comfortable rooms with welcome complimentary drinks: bottle of Cava, two bottles of beer, cola and orange provided in the fridge in the room. Water supplied daily. Exceptional food quality; particularly the dinners in the Rincon de Jandia a la carte restaurant. Very friendly staff in all areas of the hotel. Varied entertainment nightly in the theatre and the Piano Bar. Pool area spotlessly clean and the pools cleaned daily.
“ Top Tip: So much to do in the hotel little need to venture outside but a lovely walk by the beach which is spotlessly clean.
