Once again a great stay at the Antigua.Had a lovely sea view right up on the 3rd level.Staff on check in were great and allocated a nicely cleaned room.Room not quite ready as we arrived in the middle of the morning but we had our AI bands and had a drink straight away.Drinks choice excellent and food a little better this time than December,probably due to there being a few more people about. 3 meats or fish cooked to order every lunch and evening meal.Plenty of salads and fruit as well as the usual chips and bread.Different themes to the meals every day.
As I mentioned there was a few people about but there was always plenty of sunbeds and no queueing in the restaurant.If you don`t fancy the all inclusive there are plenty of supermarkets,bars and restaurants within 5 mins.
Already booked again to go in 3 weeks and again in November.
7th visit to this hotel and 15th to Caleta.
“ Top Tip: If you really like walking or biking there is a path that goes from the hotel to the right and goes as far as Pozo Negro which is about 18 miles return journey with lots of choice of stops on route.Bike route goes from Salinas (the other side of the Atlantico shopping centre).

“ Considering the price we paid, the hotel was very good. The staff were friendly and the food was nice. You can't expect a 5 star hotel for £200 all inclusive but again for the price we paid was very good. Would go again. Very good location and great for entertainment.
“ Top Tip: Paella Restraunt near Barcelo complex on the beach is worth a visit. We gave it two visits in two days.
