The complex is made up of 168 apartments surrounded by gardens. The peaceful terraces attached to each apartment create an atmosphere of great tranquillity. Further facilities include a reception area, moneychanger, restaurant, cafe, bar, and a kids club.The establishment is 200 metres from a beach known locally as Waikiki. A new shopping centre named El Campanario has been built next to the complex.
Just 15 minutes walk away, guests can enjoy the marvellous natural dune landscape, which has been given special status as a Protected Natural Reserve. And just 10 minutes away is the centre of Corralejo with shops and a great variety of restaurants. Fuerteventura Airport is 35 km away.Apartments contain a bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe, desk, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with a microwave oven, fridge, stove and cooking utensils, a living area with a sofa-bed, a comfortable chair and a food cupboard and finally the terrace with table and chairs. The rooms also have satellite/cable TV and a safety deposit box.The complex boasts 3 swimming pools, 2 for adults and 1 for children.
There are also sun loungers and parasols, as well as tennis, table tennis, basketball and pool.The reception is not open 24 hours a day. Guests must pay a deposit of about EUR 60 upon arrival.

“ Room allocated was quote a shed very very basic requested to move 3 times but on each occasion was given different reasons so frustrated give up on a positive side room clean

“ the hotel pool area was nice and gardens looked after but the rooms are very old and tired ,the wood doors were a nightmare to open and lock and most had been broken open in the past,there is some renovation going on but the rooms are going to be rented through a holiday scheme.

“ Beach and restaurants about 10 min walk. 20 min walk to old town Very nice complex and good apartment with all the basics, microwave, toaster + iron and ironing board. Happy hour (2 for 1) 3.30pm-5.30pm nice friendly bar staff. Bed base not too good more like a camp bed but mattress comfortable enough. Would stay there again as very good for the price paid

1st hotel apartment sadly had an infestation of cockroachs above a false ceiling in the bathroom of which ruined our 1st night and had to move apetments next day which took time. the next apartmant was fine and lived up to what we normally have in Corrolego.
Besides that the complex was neat and clean and hotel staff helpfull.
