The apartment complex was built in 1989 and renovated in 2004, has a 2-storey main building has a 3,000 me garden. The main building has a lobby with reception, cafeteria, convenience store and gift shop. It also has a TV room, bar, pub and restaurant. It also offers its customers an external laundry service (clothes back in 48h) and bike rental.
The clinical service available 24 hours full benefits offered.This elegant complex is centrally located, just 400 m from the beach. The center of the town of Corralejo and leisure attractions and entertainment is also 400 m away. From here, there are about 3 km to the famous dunes of the island.The welcoming apartments include a living / bedroom, separate bedroom, bathroom with hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite / cable TV, kitchenette with fridge, safe and balcony. Have water heaters.At your disposal are the saltwater pool (heated in winter), the snack bar, parasols, sun loungers and a solarium.
With regard to the sports hotel on the beach, the possibility of ping and windsurfing, and hotel facilities, playing tennis with artificial light, an additional fee, table tennis, squash, snooker, and bicycling. A 45 km to the nearest golf course.

“ very well located this hotel,just off the main strip,5min walk to the harbour.very basic kitchen utensils if your self catering,but we got by.we found all our entertainment outside of the hotel so cant comment on anything done by the hotel.staff were all helpful and nice,rooms were cleaned regular.this hotel was ideal for us,somewhere to stay near all the nightlife,clean and tidy.
“ Top Tip: had a meal at la tasca what we got was ok but sparse and expensive.on our last night we had a meal at little italy,just about the best meal we have had in corralejo,it just looks like a cafe outside,but the cuisine was second to none.we were really sorry it was our last night,because we would definately have been back there.

“ throughly enjoyed our stay, staff friendly and helpful, food well you get what you pay for, bit repetitive but you,ll not starve. entertainment was not to our taste but there are some good bars close by.rooms a bit dates, but clean and spacious we would deffinatly return to this hotel again .

“ We stayed All Inclusive and enjoyed our stay. Whilst the food did tend to cater for the predominantely Dutch tastes we were quite happy. We felt it was good value for money. The location is quite good near enough to walk into the old part of Corralejo and quite near beach. The pool and pool bar were all good and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

“ Just got back from my stay here,would stay here again.The staff are polite and helpful.The apartments are clean and they come around most days to clean them.I did pay an extra 15euro for a balcony but there is no need as every apartment has one.Overall everything was very good
“ Top Tip: if you are going to oasis park book your tickets at reception as the bus is free with them.

“ Stayed at the Brismar a year ago couldn't believe how run down the appartments have become and not cleaned very well. Thank god we were only there for one night. Our apartment was stinking of stale cigarette smoke you'd think someone stayed in for a week and smoked the brains of themselves i Know the cigs are cheap.Robins nest a nice little bar and not a rip of like most of the bars.

“ hotel was good. Room allocated had a well equipped kitchen but mattress on bed needs replacing. Half board food was not good. Food was overcooked and bland both at breakfast and dinner. Salad and fruit was good but not a lot of variety with the same selection of salad and fruit served everyday. If I had to return to this hotel I would choose to go self catering.

The apartments surround a large swimming pool which is 65 metres long and a separate children’s pool. The apartments are the perfect place where you can relax and enjoy all the facilities. The Costa Tropical Apts offers clients the opportunity to prepare meals in their apartment or enjoy the all inclusive buffet with cold and warm buffet meals. Bar-Salon Service: offers drinks as per the all inclusive programme but international brands have to be paid for.
“ We enjoyed the stroll into Caleta de Fuste mainly downhill or flat feeding the chipmunks on the way, a pint or two (two euro was most paid) then taxi back 4 people 3 euro. Or we took the free bus to Atlantica shopping centre very nice shops.
