“ Arrived to a closed reception(7pm) a letter was on the door with a contact phone number.10min later an envelope with a key to room 20, which he didnt know where it was and neither did we..so 15min later when we found it( through a door which looked like a cuboard we entered a room which was dark, grim and had a damp smell.The patio door wouldnt close and the mattress was so thin and threadbare we could feel the springs through them. so after a sleepness night we went to reception and asked for another room as we were 2 women on our own and the room wasnt secure.They said that the place was full and hadnt got anything else..so when we said that we couldnt and wouldnt stay they amazingly found us another room! a lot better, didnt smell and peaceful.Its a very tired complex which needs updating.The location for us was great and the cleaners were fab.Also there was plenty of space to park your car.

great hotel very clean and polite staff. Down side about 40 min walk from town, but we knew that and it suited us. Taxi to and from town between €3 - €3.50.
Will go back time and time again
“ Top Tip: Seek out La Playata on the little beach at the bottom of town. Best on the Island

“ On arrival at the hotel you could not ask for a more welcoming reception. The gentleman that greeted us could not do enough for us. We had to wait a little while for our room to be ready (but we were early) so it was not a problem.
