  • Absolutely lovely hotel, right across the road from waterpark,15 minute walk to the beach, 10 minutes to loads of great restaurants, we paid for bed and breakfast and would probably would have preferred going out for breakfast, but the buffet was ok and was always hot and plenty choice....would definitely go back as the location is excellent for everywhere.

  • Excellent hotel, been there many times and never disappoints. On arrival there was a bottle of wine with their compliments for being a returning guest & they gave us one of the best rooms.

Top Tip: ...would recommend going to cafe rock for a drink, the same live band play every night and thought they was amazing, think one night the normal singer wasn't there and singer wasn't too good, also went to timanfaya and oasis park...both great days out

AMAZING ---6th visit ..We go self catering and hire a car from airport. Only way to really enjoy holiday because hotel is a little remote. Could only improve by better wifi access to rooms.. Currently limited to reception.

Top Tip: CAR from airport. Go self catering and eat and drink in port area. El cotillo superb also

Excellent service from well trained , friendly staff in a very carefully designed hotel complex. We were surprised at the variety of dishes prepared for all of the meal times and the quality maintained throughout.
The rooms ( bedroom,lounge/kitchen,bathroom )were spacious and both the lounge and bedroom had patio doors leading to our patio. The bedroom doors in addition had a fine mesh insert so it could be partially open at night.
We stayed on an all inclusive basis and only had one day at the hotel when we would wish to have lunch; we did and it was superb. We both thought the hotel management clearly ran a well organised crew of staff and I would commend them without hesitation.

Top Tip: Use the hotel provided bus to the Dunes and enjoyed the surf knocking you over on a windy day! Beach bar ok with basic menu but ideal for a lunch snack-beers and wines abound.
Walk to Corralejo from the hotel- stretch your legs and see some of the smaller retail shops on your way.We found a delightful shop selling beautifully made plates and very unusual key holders from well finished timber.( Galeria la Fuentita - on Main Street)

We have just come back from this hotel and it was lovely, although we only stayed self catering so I can't speak for the food. The hotel is new, spotlessly clean, well laid out over a big area and the pools were lovely. Staff were very helpful. It is about a 5-10 minute walk from the start of the "strip" and about 15-20 walk to the old town and harbour, but it is a nice walk past all the shops, bars, restaurant etc, might be a bit much if can't walk too far, but taxi only 4 euros back to hotel. There are only 2 small things I would say about the hotel, there is no air conditioning in the rooms, which would be a problem in the height of summer and there is no shower room/towels if you are leaving late on your last day, there is just a communal shower area, only small points though, as the hotel is lovely.

Top Tip: We found a lovely restaurant called "La Tasca", highly recommend it.
