Restaurant staff and food were excellent.
Temperature of sea and hotel pools was too cold to swim comfortably.
Beautiful sandy beach but the persistent wind can be a problem.
Rooms were average but shower was good.
Nothing much to do in the area except a bus trip to Morro Jable which is quite a lively place.

“ Lovely large clean room in good location.However it lacked a nice lounge area and there were inadequate staff both at the bar and also the restaurant.We felt the food was not up to the standard of other 4 star hotels that we have visited

“ Our family room we had for four adults was probably the best we have ever had. However, there was a distinct lack of seating in the public areas with only a few card tables in quiet areas. The staff at all levels were friendly but so overworked that efficiency suffered especially in the dining room. Breakfast was good but the evening meals left much to be desired! My feeling is that the hotel leans more towards the 'all inclusive' option rather than half board.

Family holiday with three kids - hotel was great and access down some stairs to a fabulous beach. This made the pools quieter so no problems with sunbeds etc
Food was great and if you like Italian food, with the Italian side of the hotel there is grest Italian choices every night.
Only problem was lack of British people staying in the hotel but we were aware of this before we booked.
All in all, a great holiday and would go back.
