This is my second visit to this excellent hotel. This time the hotel was full of Germans, there were few Brits.
Food was supeb with plenty of choice and the staff were very friendly.

“ Hotel facilities and buffet excellent. This was our second visit. Hotel gardens run down to the sea. No natural beach, but hotel created sandy beach and salt water lagoon are next to the sea and magnificent. This in addition to pools in the gardens: One unheated, one heated (slightly) and one childrens. Costa Calma beach is about a 20 minute walk along a purpose built path accessed from the hotel gardens. In addition to booking through Travel Republic, we e-mailed the hotel for confirmation that four rooms were booked and received e-mailed reply confirming our booking. Nevertheless, rooms were not available for us when we arrived. A very rude receptionist argued with us for about 30 minutes before she finally went to the hotel computer and found us rooms she previously claimed were all full. After that, all went smoothly.

We forgot our accommodation voucher, but the reception staff were very good. The check in was quick and efficient.
The room was very comfortable, clean and well fitted out. The soft furnishings were luxurious.
The buffet style food was excellent as was the dining room staff service. The gardens are beautifully maintained and extensive. The outside terraces, pool area etc was gorgeous. The weather was excellent.
We were very impressed by the high standard of accommodationa and intend to return there for another short stay when we return to Fuerteventura.

Top Tip:
Need a car to get about and fully appreciate the island.
Costa Calma very pleasant but quite quiet ,mainly big hotels.

Situated near Jandía Beach. Situated near Jandía Beach, next to the protected area of andquot;El Saladarandquot; and the small town of Morro Jable with its harbor. Complex facilities include 24 front desk, 2 swimming pools, childrenand's pool, miniclub, bar, snack bar, 2 buffet restaurants, lounge/bar, sun terrace, entertainment program, tennis courts, gym, beauty center and water sports. All apartments are equipped with air conditioning, complete bathroom, TV, telephone, kitchenette and balcony or terrace. *Apartments with 1 bedroom: Sofa Bed for the 3rd/4th person.
“ Hotel was much better than I expected and was very good value for what I paid. I had opted for a room in the 3 star hotel... as I have to consider budget. And so was delighted to find that all guests eat in the 4 star hotel.

An original triangular shaped complex standing on the seafront of the fabulous Jandía Beach. The complex offers guests a range of comfortable facilities designed for relaxation and fun. 3 pools, a children’s pool, a solarium-terrace with hammocks and sunshades, restaurant and up to 3 bars offering a choice of atmospheres. You will also find spa services for rest and relaxation, a varied range of culinary options and a host of thrilling sporting activities.
“ Bit hit and miss this hotel. In general staff were very good, very hard working and pleasant. The only exception were the reception staff, brusque and dismissive. Not good enough for a four-star hotel.

Renovated in 2004, the hotel lies amidst gardens and comprises 209 double rooms spread over 3 floors. The air-conditioned hotel has a lobby with a 24-hour reception. There is also a bar, an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area as well as a conference room. Laundry and room services are available as well as a car park and a garage.

The hotel is located in a prime sea front position, with excellent views of the fine sand beaches and turquoise waters of Costa Calma, the structure of the H10 Playa Esmeralda blends into its surrounding. Thanks to its modern and comfortable facilities, privileged location and the service of our team, the hotel has carried off numerous awards thanks to its high level of customer satisfaction.
“ The Hotel was a little away from the main shops etc., (5 mins in car) but the tranquility of the setting and the excellent amenities at the Hotel and beaches more than made up for that. It was extremely clean and well organised.
